We strive to provide a forum for discussion where user communities, developers, and service providers can comfortably share knowledge and expertise that will ensure collection managers can utilize the features and functions of their tools to full potential.
Would you like to help share the direction of collection management standards, practices, tools, and more? We are currently accepting nominations for the following positions:
For more information about these roles and the section as a whole, please check out the Collection Management Section microsite. Time commitment for each position would consist of monthly meetings with occasional work to do between meetings. We also pause activities in the summer after the section's Annual Meeting. Please note that SAA membership is required for service on the CMS Steering Committee.
If interested, please submit a brief biography and candidate statement (1-2 paragraphs each) describing your interest in serving in one of these positions by the end of the day May 21st.
